Abstract
An analysis of mobile financial system services have been presented. Based on the new trends in providing financial services to the end users, the potential benefits have been outlined with regards to analyzing the benefits that could be available to the end users in developing countries like Serbia. It is concluded that mobile financial services will gain in importance in years to come due to lower costs, greater flexibility and higher dynamics compared to standard banking services imposing new solutions in the area of transaction security. Also, it is important to create new environment by changing appropriate elements of existing Serbian legislation related to telecommunications, electronic security and banking.
