  • Abstract
    An overview of the telecontrol service in telecommunications networks in the power utility environment is presented in this paper. The practical implementation of SCADA system on the HPP Djerdap 2 is described. On simulation model of telecommunications network, an analysis of two different ways of communication with the supervisor center and impact of packet scheduling discipline on the queuing delay and the availability of service is performed.
