Abstract
An expert in a certain branch of science need not be at the same time an excellent teacher. What on does depend the social achievement of pedagogical, teaching, tutorial, parental, student and - generally speaking - human activities? What are the necessary conditions for being accepted, respected and appreciated by other people? Certainly, qualification, professional and technical knowledge, personal qualities, work results, visual aspects and image of a person should be mentioned as very important preconditions of every social achievement. However well educated man (in all kinds of social connections) can easily fail without communication abilities, without knowledge of effective tactics and strategies of acting in the interpersonal relations.
