Abstract :
Because of complex in digital manufaturing, person´s actions in workshop digital manufaturing are very important, so CNC system and manufaturing mode must be adptive to situation in workshop. In this paper, we put forward a new method used in CNC system about wireless communication technologies. Two kinds of wireless communication techologies including Wi-Fi and bluetooth, we put emphasis on bluetooth wireless commnication technology. There are lots of problems about development of bluetooth wireless commnication CNC control system, the idea of developing the Windows CE-based Open-architecture CNC system is proposed in This paper. We must focus on real time control of CNC system about blue wireless comminication, so we analyze the system architecture and its real time performance about wireless communication, and application about bluetooth wireless communication in a Windows CE.NET-based software architecture of this system is also presented. Finally the developing plan of blue wireless communication is discussed emphatically.
