Abstract :
This paper deals with the design and simulation of PWM modulator with increased reliability implemented in FPGA circuit Spartan-3A DSP-1800th. The proposal and design has been made in the simulation program ISE from Xilinx. Quantification of the reliability of single, double and three - module system is also discussed in paper.
