Abstract :
Generation a modification involute line of a cone worm gear is performed on CNC milling machine. The generation of a cone-gear based on application of a disc-tool with single blade tool (grinding tool). The article presents the problems connected with projecting and cutting of cone worm gear with modification involute line on CNC milling machine. Geometrical dependents of cone-gear with modification involute line have been shown in this paper. The method of cutting the cone-gear with involute line on CNC milling machine with continuous divide and the scheme of the process kinematics have been presented in the paper, as well. The geometrically design model and the special algorithm for sharpening the cone-gears on CNC milling-machine with continuous divide have been uses for cutting cone-gear. Dependents in cone-gear on qualified on the base geometrically designs of cone-gear with curve line are presented, as well.
