Abstract
In granulated materials composition analysis, a proper sample taking is a very important procedure. A sample must represent the granular composition of the whole product. In manufacturing process the transporting belts produce vibrations and jolting, both of which lead to segregation within the product flow. In order to eliminate these problems, a special granular material sampling method is proposed in this paper, including theoretical, experimental results and practical solutions for application in industry conditions.
