Abstract :
Inside of electrical ovens for thermal treatments, it is necessary to follow a setpoint trajectory for the temperature of the pars. This represents periods of time when we need to increase the temperature, to keep it constant, to decrease it, and so on, in order to realize thermal treatment. This prescription can be done using a ventilation or exhaust system that, by partial replacing warm inside air with outside air at ambient temperature helps to achieve higher speeds of decreasing the temperature of the parts. In the paper is presented a new approach of the mathematical model for the exhaust system, of the simulation block for it, and the results of the simulation are presented.
