Machine to machine (M2M) communication impacts on mobile network capacity and behaviour

Today there is a challenge how to handle all network aspects of M2M [1] communication. In this paper it is discussed how to smartly and effectively handle M2M communication in future networks. There are 2 main topics which should be considered. One would be network needs which should be prepared for M2M communications. The second one is that M2M devices need to become much more optimized for mobile communications and M2M applications.
