  • Abstract
    The paper defines key terms in this area and described has the modern trend organizations of public service inspection services. Shown are the essential elements of the model of expert system based on fuzzy logic, presented in the case of electronic records of the inspection control. The characteristic of this system is a simple application of expert knowledge. Established is the model of deployment of knowledge in expert system through the checklists and the production´s rules. The decision-making mechanisms presented an expert system has a universal character of decision making. Unlike the traditional method, conducting the inspection with the assistance of expert systems is suitable for raising the level of quality the inspection control. The procedure of the inspection control is more transparent and objective and subjective errors were reduced to minimal levels. Given the characteristics of the model of an expert system, its application is simple and in other organizations, public administrations and businesses.
