Abstract :
The paper describes development of a system for electromagnetic characterization of ceramics samples in the frequency range from 5 Hz to 1000 MHz. Main system components will be characterized test cell for the samples, impedance analyzer or VNA and PC computer with software for remote control and analysis of measured results. The system will be able to make traceable measurements of different parameters. Traceability of measurements will be assured using characterized reference samples and traceably calibrated and characterized measuring equipment.
