Abstract
In this paper we present a theory which demonstrates that interference effects are manifested in the time dependence of electrons and holes short circuit photocurrent caused by monochromatic light /spl delta/-excitation in resonant-cavity enhanced photodetectors (RCE). The phenomenon can be used in analysis of parameters of RCE photodetectors.
