Abstract :
This paper describes a solution to the control task of tracking an unknown, slowly varying load torque while maintaining a specified velocity of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The controller adapts to unknown torque and motor parameters and aims at both optimal shaping of steady state operation and global stability of the desired setpoint.
