Abstract :
In the process of fast industrialization, wind power generation is restricted by many elements. To better solve the problem of energy storage unit capacity optimization in wind power generating combined with Energy Storage System, and advance the stability of wind generating paralleling operation, a optimization method to calculate the required energy-storage capacity for long-term stable power output of large-scale wind farm is proposed. In this paper, we construct the optimization model for designing of Energy-Storage Capacity in a wind power coupling with vanadium redox flow battery storage system, then get the minimal load lack rate through computing and the optimal battery capacity. The more efficient combination of wind generating technique and VRB storage system is designed more reasonably. Therefore, wind power generation and VRB energy storage system can make power output well-distributed and improve the limitation of implementing renewable power sources.
