  • Abstract
    Thin-film microelectrodes on Si-chips were manufactured for use as electrochemical microprobes. Lipid bilayers modified by electron mediators and formed on thin-film microelectrodes (sl-BLM) exhibit a change of their potential with pH-factor of an environment. A simple portable pH-meter for different types of pH-and/or ion-probes has been developed and tested for use with sl-BLMs.
