Abstract :
Lately, several CMOS operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) structures with good linearity are being successfully implemented for applications in high-frequency filters. In this paper a 3rd-order Chebyshev lowpass filter realisation using a phase compensated CMOS OTA is presented.
