Abstract :
Based on the current project post evaluation theory, combined with the characteristics of real estate project, evaluation index system from the economic benefits, social benefits, sustainable development, the implementation process and other aspects to the design the real estate projects. The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a real estate project evaluation model Analyze, the reasons of the success or failure, lessons learned, and to make recommendations for future similar project decision-making and management level, so as to achieve the purpose of the project to maximize the benefits and draw relevant conclusions and recommendations, in order to provide the methods and ideas for the investment decisions of the government´s decision-making bodies and real estate practitioners.
