Abstract :
In the paper is presented a Virtual Instrumentations System developed for the control and dynamic behavior study of a hydro aggregate with synchronous generator with salient poles, having static excitation. The purpose of the work was the achievement of an experimental model of hydro-plant on LabVIEW environment based, that allow to implement various excitation control strategies. The model was designed and built in laboratory, at reduced power of 12 kVA, using a real-time routine.
