Abstract :
The steam dry degree is an important parameter in vapor injection boiler control system in oil fields, this paper according to the current situation which the vapor injection boiler control technology is fall behind, the rate of mechanical failure is high and is hardly to maintenance, based on orifice plate method, using hierarchical genetic algorithm to research the identification method of steam dry degree model, introduce the characteristics of hierarchical genetic algorithm in detail, expound the specific steps of using HGA to establish steam dry degree model, give the maximum fitness curve and error curve in the identification result, the experimental results show that HGA is able to control steam dry degree of vapor injection boiler accurately and quickly.
