Abstract
Interactive Digital Television (iDT) is considered as the convergence of television and computing technologies, which meets three typical features: interactivity, personalization and digitalization. Despite the appearance of these new media, traditional television has not lost its validity and remains one of the most used media worldwide. Simultaneously, users and their needs grow and change rapidly as technology advances. So it is necessary to ensure adequate appropriation by users who use the iDT. This article presents the experience of evaluating the usability of iDT applications focusing on ease of learning and use.
