Abstract
This paper presents an integrated system that consists of a pyroelectric radiometer, a dual-sources solar simulator and personal computer based current-voltage and quantum efficiency equipment. The apparatus was used to measure the dependence of the absolute quantum efficiencies of solar cells. The cells were measured under standard AM1,5 light at various forward voltages including the maximum-power point. The quantum efficiencies of the cells were measured with both spectral light and standard AM1,5 light.
