Abstract :
Medical research is the sphere of interest all around the world, creates and presents new methods for diagnostics and treatment of the patient. Cancer is one of the most serious problem of the medicine. This paper deals with principles and methods implemented in “Brain tumour detection application”. It is based on brain tumour marker processing got during magnetic resonance imaging. Evaluated measurement results are then displayed in the form of graphs, tables, two and three dimensional models. This paper also explains medicine terms for brain tumour detection and describes methods for creating new markers and prototypes of models.
