Abstract :
The paper proposes a novel application regarding to the image processing for the VANET. The main idea of the application is to create a query in order to get data from an image captured by a camera placed in a vehicle. The query is not related to a database but it is aimed for a still image in real time processing. Using the query we could get data by detecting and recognizing objects in an image. There are two types of objects that can be recognized by the system. The first ones are real objects and the second ones low-level objects. The paper presents a system and a new language for querying image data. It is a unique solution because a proposed system could process and detect objects specified by a query using object oriented perspective in real-time images.
