Abstract :
In this paper, the model of nanoacoustoelectronic converter based on graphene nanotubes and calculated frequency response. The proposed model takes into account the size dependence of the elastic constants and the sound velocity in graphene. It is established that an increase in electron density and decreasing radius nanotubes increases the sensitivity of the transducer.
