  • Abstract
    In this paper operational basis of neural networks has been identified, expediency of hardware parallel-vertical neural network development has been substantiated, parallel-vertical method of data processing in neural elements, oriented on VLSI implementation, the model of formal neuron and the basic structure of parallel-vertical neural element using multiplexing of buses have been developed.
