Abstract
The formation and constant upgrade of educational programs is the essential part of education process. In modern world, new devices, methodologies and ideas appear very rapidly and educational process must respond to them. One of the fast developing fields is the field of telecommunication. Since the well-known radiofrequency range is overloaded, achieving higher terahertz frequency ranges becomes very important. For design of higher frequency devices new engineers who will be well-informed about modern trends in telecommunications are needed. In this paper, we present the concept of international project aiming the development of master degree program on design and application of reconfigurable smart radioelectronic devices.
