Abstract
Wearable devices allow collecting huge amount of data reflecting various parameters of people´s health state. Big Data analysis makes possible detecting certain patterns and signatures, which can help in decease prediction and prevention. In this paper, we propose a system that, firstly, will help people sustain their wellness or change their lifestyle in order to be healthy, secondly, help patients to decrease healing and treatment time and finally, provide doctors with detailed long-term analysis of health state of a patient in order to allow them making more accurate illness diagnosis remotely. The paper describes architecture, use cases and business logic of the system. The system is designed using Data-driven approach. Apart from this, we describe challenges and risks that of building data-driven systems for healthcare and opportunities provided by the data obtained from wearable sensors and Big Data analysis.
