Abstract :
In 2009, the Thai government has initiated the NRU project to enhance the country´s research activities and to promote better UILs. The objective of this study was to identify the existing pattern of joint R&D collaborations. We explored the NRUs´ research areas that were needed and attractive to the domestic firms. The NRUs´ joint R&D collaborations were investigated through co-publications retrieved from the ISI database.
