Abstract
With the development of mobile communication technology, there are more and more information exist in the internet. Such information includes a lot of multimedia services. This trend completely changed the people life. People start to have smarter device demands such as smart phone and tablet. As well as the carrier of source multimedia are changed from single computer to cloud server that we called cloud media. It makes mobile devices usually overloaded since cloud media always huge and performance cannot be guaranteed indeed. Therefore, performance of host to host communication cannot be guaranteed in the backbone network. To achieve better communication quality and to solve the bandwidth bottleneck from IP network, Name data network (NDN) architecture has been proposed. To reduce the communication cost, cloud media caching is a very important issue. Many researchers have begun to study for how to increase the cache hit rate in the backbone. However, they did not consider that the performance of NDN network should depend on the user distribution. In order to present a most realistic network environment, this paper uses Poisson distribution model to show the user situation as well as using the normal distribution to show that the user habits have regularity.
