Abstract
In this paper, we propose a method to stream a high quality video with low latency and high bandwidth efficiency. Our method, which is similar to multicast, repeats copying packets in the network using a distinguished address for multiple receivers, so that it can minimize the latency and the bandwidth, and hence is suited for stream a video. This method does not require a relay server. We discuss the results of the fundamental experiments on latency, jitter, and bandwidth for high quality video streaming, showing that the performance of our method is equivalent to that of the existing methods.
