Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a set of regulations and standards to measure the quality of Software systems serving the domain of the Holy Qur´an.These standards will allow The Information Technology Research Center for the Holy Quran and Its Sciences "Noor" the ability to evaluate and accredit software systems serving the domain of the Holy Qur´an according to the quality standards specified. The proposed accreditation system apply basic standards so that it does not allow for software that did not adhere to these standards to obtain the accreditation. Also, we propose to allow three levels of accreditation of software that has been certified according to specific criteria. This proposed quality measure provides the sccreditation validity, the rules of maintaining the accreditation and the conditions under which reaccreditation can be granted according to certain condidtion. A complete accreditation mechanism for companies by providing accreditation prerequisites, information on how to store software versions of accredited software and guidelines on how accreditation is granted. Therefore, since there is the possibility of expected fraud of using illegal accreditation certificates by some software application, we proposed some techniques to authenticate certifications and allow users to make sure the used software is certified by the NOOR center. Finally, the promotion of "NOOR" software accreditation between software development companies are discussed and some ideas are suggested.
