Abstract :
Digital image processing is widely used in the crack detection and location. In order to guide staff maintenance equipment more effectively and timely, the image detection system based on crack which has been put forward. On the basis of LabVIEW platform, Crack image in this system is acquired that using two industrial cameras, and then used the SIFT feature matching, RANSAC and image fusion to stitch the acquired images. Finally, the edge detection and threshold processing algorithm is used to segment and locate the crack and digital. The experimental results show that this system display accurate analysis results; it can provide a good technical support for researches in detection field.
