Abstract :
To improve the performance of hydraulic ejection loader, process of ramming was analyzed and the corresponding dynamic model was established using general dynamic software ADAMS and verified by the bench experiment. The ejection velocity was found decreasing with the pressure drop of the accumulator during several continuous ramming rounds. Compensating the velocity drop by optimizing the spool displacement was proposed under certain values of the pressure. Least Square method was employed to calculate the spool displacement for arbitrary pressures. The simulation results show that the consistency of ejection velocity is significantly improved, which is of great value to consistency of bayonet-chamber.
