Abstract :
Currently, it´s lack of repair mechanisms for forming diagnosis in the industry. Normally, once the card goes wrong, it will be replaced with the entire board, that is wasteful. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of various diagnostic methods, a fault diagnosis method is presented in this paper which is fit for the navigation control card. Taking the LNE001CT navigation control card as an example and making use of the advantage of simulation computing of Cadence OrCAD, the process of fault detection with the method of hierarchy and the process of fault diagnosis with the method of fault dictionary is described. The method in this paper can improve diagnostic efficiency and has guiding significance for the maintenance of navigation control card.
