  • Abstract
    A simple current mode MDAC is proposed for the design of low power pipelined ADC. Further reduction of power is achieved by using Dynamic voltage scaling. This is an efficient technique in managing dynamically the device supply voltage for efficient power reduction. The main aim of using this technique is to adjust the supply voltage depending on specific needs during execution. Both high-speed and low power operation is achieved without compromising the accuracy requirement. The simulation of the design is done using Generic 0.25um library in Tanner EDA tool.
