Chaos synchronization of the Rössler oscillator of fractional order using a Kalman filter

The linear Kalman filter has been applied to linearized nonlinear systems. The work includes an example of using a Kalman filter for chaotic oscillations synchronization of two fractional Rössler systems order, connected to configure the transmitter / receiver. Kalman Filter efficiency is shown on the example of chaotic oscillations damping and time synchronization reduction of two coupled chaotic Rössler systems, working with different initial conditions. Simulation studies were carried out using Matlab / Simulink.
