  • Abstract
    On behalf of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society (NAFIPS) and of the Program and the Organizing Committees of the Joint 2015 Annual NAFIPS Conference and the 5th World Conference on Soft Computing, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to Redmond and to the Conference. In addition to five plenary talks, a panel discussion, a tutorial, six special sessions, papers by more than 170 authors have been accepted for the conference this year. We anticipate an exciting and inspiring event on August 17–19, 2015 at the DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, WA.
