Abstract
With the development of society and advancement of technology, business environment and production management have undergone great changes. With the competition between enterprises, it becomes a competition between the supply chains. Cooperations between enterprises will become the across-chain collaboration between supply chains. The management modes will become the inevitable choice whose border is supply chain. In the future, the supply chain, who can respond quickly to customer needs, provide high-quality, personalized, reasonable price products and services, that will have a stronger competitive advantage in the market competition. This dissertation presents a multistage supply chain competition model based on inventory control contrasting to the traditional inventory control models and VMI inventory control model. After discussing how to get more profits by adjusting internal model parameters, this dissertation builds the across-chain single replenishment cooperation model and the revenue sharing contract model in the context of supply chain competition model based on the inventory control. System dynamics simulation analysis shows that the across-chain replenishment cooperation have made profits improved as a whole and partial, and simulation results show that the effective acrosschain collaboration strategy makes both sides, who have be in a zero-sum game, and reaches the win-win.
