  • Abstract
    This article constructs bird flu management and prediction system. Carrying out the research of many environmental factors model by GIS technology and mathematical methods such as neural networks, from a new perspective to discover and master the laws of time and space of H7N9 epidemic, and verify the correctness of the law.
