Abstract
This paper presents an ultra wide band CMOS common source low noise amplifier using the current-reuse and transformer-feedback technique. Implementation of a voltage-voltage feedback enables the neutralization of the miller capacitance and the achievement of flat gain at high frequency. The simulation results show that the peak gain is 14.07dB, and that input and output return losses were less than -12dB and -10dB, respectively. The noise figure was 3.69 dB, the IIP3 was -8 dBm and power consumption was 14.2mW with 1.45V supply.
