Abstract :
A tunable metamaterials slab is developed to generate two-dimensional (2-D) gradient phase shift and shape the phase front of normally incident microwave beam. The function of voltage controllable tunability permits beam steering in 2-D space at a fixed frequency, which can find applications in satellite communications.
