Abstract
This paper describes a control system for teleoperated robots using the motion from a head-mounted display (HMD) with the Robot Service Network Protocol (RSNP). The RSNP is a standard protocol for a service robot and it has been studied to apply a teleoperation. In particular, a pan-tilt camera is controlled by the HMD´s motion without the operation of a control device by a human, thus reducing operator burden. Our proposed system using the RSNP is introduced and verified via experiments.
