Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a high-speed and high-accuracy mass measurement system with an electromagnetic force compensation mechanism. This paper analyzes dynamic behaviors of the measurement system in order to improve the system performance. As a control law, we use a Proportional, Integral and Derivative (PID) control. And the control system can be executed by Field Programmable Gate Array. We adjust PID control parameter based on the Nyquist diagram. Through some experiments, we confirm the effectiveness of the proposed control system with the tuned control parameters.
