Abstract :
Since the precisions of system testing parameters of edible fungus liquid fermentation equipments distributed widely, is low, and the testing data is easily influenced by human factors, and thus the traditional measurement method is unable to meet modern production requirements. Remote monitoring system of edible fungus liquid fermentation based on the Lab windows / CVI development platform and PCI bus is developed. Considering the safety and speed of current network and other factors, this paper employs a symmetric key to encrypt the measurement data, uses DataSocket send encrypted data, and uses TCP / IP transfer decrypt the data. Filtering techniques is employed to eliminate distortion signal to realize the software anti interference. Experimental studies are shown that, the remote monitoring system can meet real time and safety requirements from transmission to control.
