  • Abstract
    In order to meet the requirements of the domestic agricultural machinery automatic navigation technology requirement, the method for support agricultural priority drivers manually operated steering are proposed, and the electro-hydraulic automatic steering scheme is designed. Taking Dongfeng DF554 tractor as the platform, electro-hydraulic proportional steering control system are developed which includes electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve, a priority valve, hydraulic-pressure sensor, angular sensor and so on. The steering step test results show that the system has good rapidity and accuracy. In addition, the automatic / manual switch test results showed that the system has a short response time from automatic steering state to driving state when the automatic navigation system fails.
