Abstract :
Conventional proportioning control of cement raw meal is basing on off-line analysis results once per hour. According to the given values of the indexes K, n and p (sometime we use content of Fe2O3 instead of p), operators adjust proportion of raw materials with respective experiences. Because the analysis results are lag and the ratio calculation is casual, the indexes of raw material fluctuate and the pass rate of raw meal quality is low. To solve this problem, we give a intelligent control scheme for cement raw meal quality based on online compositions analysis results. In this control system, the chemical composition of raw meal is real-time feedback and comprehensively analyzed. Then under different conditions, the control strategies of raw meal quality are given differently. The application results prove the practicability and effectiveness.
