Digital estimation of second spectra

The paper concerns estimation issues of the second spectral density. It is shown that approach that uses signal band power estimated from digitally estimated (first) power spectral density gives flat (white) second spectra. On the contrary, the approach that uses signal band power estimated through analog filtering and squaring predicts non-white shape of the second spectra.
