Abstract :
The new name ?International Conference on Innovations for Community Services? (I4CS) has been successfully established in Reims, France last year. The I4CS is the direct follower of the ?International Conference on Innovative Internet Community Systems? (I2CS), founded as a scientific workshop in 2001. Alternately, international and German locations are selected by the steering committee for the annual three-day event. In contrast to other conferences, the size of our event kept continuously the same.
