Abstract :
The paper presents an adaptive threshold de-noising method that based on wavelet transform to the gearbox vibration monitoring data. Firstly, this work uses a new principle of threshold value and gives a new threshold function. Secondly, it gives a comparative analysis with the commonly used threshold de-noising method and proves the effectiveness of the proposed method under the condition of the simulation signal. Finally, this method is verified to be practical by the test signal for the vibration signal de-noising and can reduce the influence data containing noise on the subsequent diagnostic analysis.
