  • Abstract
    For a long time, vehicles and vehicle parts have had a high risk of being stolen. Modern intelligent connected vehicles with more advanced functions and highly automated functions have more diversified cyber risks. In consideration of these diversified vehicle cyber risks, proper guidelines as well as competitive approaches are required. In general, to define proper security guidelines, risks have to be analyzed thoroughly. In this paper, we will first analyze the diversified vehicle cyber risks considering hackers´ motivations and skills, and then we will introduce various cyber security guidelines for vehicles, as well as general cyber-physical systems.
